RIE - Online System for Admissions

RIE is a mobile-based online system designed and developed by National Informatics Centre Bhopal. It provides a rule-based, effective, and transparent solution for implementing various activities related to admissions. The program is available for free and falls under the Education & Reference category.

The online system aims to provide a common integrated platform to all identified users and stakeholders. It allows applicants to confirm their eligibility and decide on their preferred choices by publishing details of institutions, available courses, eligibility, fee, and order details. The system also enables applicants to submit their applications online for admissions in identified courses of identified institutes.

Once the online application submission process is complete, the committee downloads the data of valid applications and their fee payments to generate center-wise hall tickets. These hall tickets will be uploaded on the portal and made available for download by the applicants. The offline application data downloaded from the server will be used for conducting examinations and compiling the exam results. The entrance exam result data will be compiled at the local level and published on the portal for downloading of seat allotment letters.

Overall, RIE is a reliable and efficient online system that will benefit nearly 35,000 applicants and public users who will use the system for online registration, registration of their application, registration of choices of courses, institutes, online payment of the specified application fee, etc.
